The Pangu team is a roll, they just released another version of their jailbreak iOS 9.3.3 and below, this update just builds up on their English version they released a few days ago. To learn more about the English version please head on over here:
The Pangu 1.1 update adds a new option called “embedded certificate”, in simpler words, the older version only came with only a week certificate, for the jailbreaking community this is great update as it has a while year which by then we might have iOS 10 jailbreak, who knows.
Is it Untethered Jailbreak iOS 9.3.3
One thing this update does not include is the “untethered jailbreak” which we all want but we all know they will release the untethered version next time so keep in mind this is still semi-untethered, this means you will have to re-jailbreak your device if you reboot your device, this does happen if you don’t run out of battery and be sure to limit your tweak downloads from Cydia. Just to add to that, if you reboot then you can use the Pangu’s jailbreak app within your device therefore, no computer needed.
I am sure many people are on one week certificate, this update helps you add a whole year so that means you are not jailbreaking again, this update adds the certificate and if you have to jailbreak it does that too.
To add the one year certificate you will need to follow these simple steps (Mac Version – jailbreak iOS 9.3.3):
Step one: Please download the app from here: direct download link
Step two: You will need to download “Cydia Impactor” which you can get from here: Cydia Impactor (available for Mac/windows/Linux).
Step three: Unzip the Cydia impactor file and run it on your computer.
Step four: Please connect your iOS device (iOS 9.2 – 9.3.3) to your computer and keep in mind that if you are on Mac, please trust the computer from your iOS device.
Step nine: Everything is now being prepared so if you encounter any error that’s due to your Apple ID and password.
Step ten: On your device, Tap Settings > General > Device Management. You then see a profile for the developer under your “apple ID” heading. Tap the profile to establish trust for this developer. (An Internet connection is required to verify the app developer’s certificate when establishing trust.)
Step eleven: On your device, find Pangu App and before you run it.
Step twelve: PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK THE BOX “Use embedded certificate effective until April 2017” *VERY IMPORTANT*
Step Thirteen: Click the “start” button to jailbreak your device.
Your device is now jailbroken (jailbreak iOS 9.3.3) and has one year certificated added to it thanks to this new update, if you find this helpful please share it and if there are any suggestions or concerns please contact us.
